Jac wasn't feeling 100% last night or this morning so we decided to play it safe and take the day off training. I'm still recovering so it's probably best for both of us. Just kept warm, took it easy and went for a walk around the lake in the afternoon - found heaps of blackberrys next to the foot path... so yummy! A couple of random observations:
- Copenhagen is infested with lady bugs, they're absolutely everywhere. Blythe would love it!
- the ducks are really friendly, walk up to you, there was a whole family sleeping on he boat ramp as we were trying to launch our boats yesterday and they were not going to move for anybody! I think Aussi ducks have a mean streak to them.
- There are the gigantic fluorescent orange slugs - the punk godzilla of the slug world! quite gruesome.
We're both feeling heaps better this evening - will be training a couple of hours tomorrow instead (tomorrow was technically meant to be our day off).
